A mixed day as it turned out. Originally we were told to turn up at 1 pm to unload the van and start putting the stand together. That changed to 2 pm as the van was late leaving Bradford. And things just continued to get later and later as it was held up in traffic. Eventually the van turned up at around 4.30. The venue closed at 6 so we had our work cut out to unload and get everything onto the stand.

We did manage to touch up the paint on plinths etc, so in the morning we can set to work putting the stand together properly.
And altogether exhausting day – and not the last I think!
